Freres Lumber Co.

We recently purchased a screening system from RD OLSON MFG., INC. that will be used to develop new residual products and markets. Watch to see the plant screening through ground bark from our mill and logyard.

The screened material can be used for bark dust, potting mixes for nurseries, or to generate new products, such as bark nuggets. In the long term we hope to develop new soil products. Just another that we help the environment by generating beneficial products from every part of a log! 👏

Awesome

Ok Oregon Second Amendment supporters. It's time to get to work and let's overturn SB 554. We need about 75,000 signatures in about 120 days, which means about 625 signatures per day, so we have our work cut out for us. If you were involved in the "recall Kate Brown" drive last year.....get those pop up tents ready and the clipboards out again. We don't need 300,000+ this time. AND if we JUST get the signatures, it puts the bill "on hold" meaning it's not a "law" until after it's voted on by the people in November of 2022. So there's MUCH on the line here. Not only would we be potentially getting it on the ballot, but we'd put this bad bill "on hold" for over a year. Get single signer petitions or the 10 person petitions at this website (PLEASE follow the directions CAREFULLY!!) Also, look at the FAQ link on the site to get some great facts and information about this and other ballot measures. You can also form "signing parties" and more on this site. Everything you need to know is included. There's also an email address to write to if you have additional questions. LET'S DO THIS OREGON!! responsibleresponse.com
